IPEVO Trademark Usage Guidelines
- 1. Introduction
IPEVO, Inc. (“IPEVO”, “Company”, “we”, or “us”) considers its trademarks and logos to be among its most valuable intellectual property assets, which are associated with its reputation of providing high quality products and services. These Guidelines apply to your use of our trademarks and logos (each the “Trademark” and collectively the “Trademarks”) in materials that have been approved in advance by us. Strict compliance with these Guidelines is required at all times, and any use of a Trademark in violation of these Guidelines will immediately terminate any license granted with respect to your use of the Trademarks. These Guidelines are subject to change at any time and without notice.
- 2. Authorized Use and Usage Rules

We may provide you one or more approved Trademark images for you to use. You may use the Trademarks solely for the purpose expressly permitted by us and your use must comply with:
a) the most current version of all agreement(s) with us regarding your use of any of the Trademarks;
b) the most current version of these Guidelines and
c) any other terms, conditions, or policies that we may issue from time to time that apply to your use of the Trademark.
You may only use the master artwork provided by us when reproducing the Trademark and may not alter or distort the appearance of the Trademark in any way. You must maintain legibility of the Trademark and must not reproduce the Trademark in a manner that causes the Trademark to become illegible or blurry. Further, you may not use the Trademark for purely decorative purposes in any materials.
You acknowledge that all rights to the Trademark are the exclusive property of IPEVO, and we reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Guidelines. All goodwill generated through or derived from your use of the Trademark will inure to the sole benefit of IPEVO. You will not take any action that is in conflict with our rights in or ownership of the Trademark.

In order to ensure that you do not infringe our Trademarks, you should refrain from the following:
a) Using a Trademark in a manner that is likely to show or imply either an affilistion with Company or an endorsement by Company of specific companies, products, services, materials, courses, or programs without the permission of Company;
b) Using a Trademark in any materials that you create independently without the permission of Company;
c) Using a Trademark in a manner that is likely to confuse the public about the origin of products, services, materials, courses, or programs;
d) Using a mark similar enough to a Trademark that it could be confused as an IPEVO trademark, mark or name (considering visual, phonetic and connotations of the marks);
e) Altering, adapting, modifying, animating or morphing any Trademarks;
f) Using the Company name or Trademarks as the visual focal point of any materials;
g) Using a Trademark in a manner that is likely to dilute, defame, disparage, or harm the reputation or goodwill of Company;
h) Copying or imitating any Company trade dress, trade style, logo, product packaging, or the look, design or overall commercial impression of any Company website or other materials;
i) Registering or using any domain name that incorporates any Trademark or Company name;
J) Registering or seeking to register a Trademark or Company name, or any marks or name that could be confused with a Trademark or Company name; and
k) Using the Company name or Trademarks as all or part of a product, service, solution, program or company name.
